I believe the sale of a home can be a very important and often times a difficult decision. It is important you have good, reliable information to help you through the process.

I have a two step process to help you make the necessary decisions. Step one is a visit of your home to discuss your plans and needs and to tour the home. During the tour we will identify the positive and negative aspects of the house through the eyes of the Buyer and begin to develop a plan to build on the positive aspects.

I then prepare your comparative market analysis (CMA) based on my initial tour of the home and research of comparable sales and your competition.

We then meet again to review the CMA and to address any questions or concerns you may have.

When selecting a real estate professional to market your home, it is important to select someone you feel you can trust to give your home as much exposure to Buyers as possible and to bring you an offer that you consider fair and in a timely manner.

I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and look forward to working for you.
